This document sets forth our published standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), in accordance with global child protection frameworks, the Technology Coalition guidelines, and the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.
1. Strict 18+ Age Restriction
Kindled is exclusively an adult dating application for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not permit minors to create accounts, access, or use any part of the service.
During account onboarding, age verification measures and birth date declarations are enforced. If Softek Solutions Private Limited discovers or has reason to suspect that an account belongs to or is operated by anyone under the age of 18, that account is immediately suspended and permanently deleted from our active services.
2. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Softek Solutions Private Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any behavior, communication, or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and treated as a catastrophic violation of our terms.
In accordance with Google Play Child Safety Standards, CSAE includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse: Any conduct or representation that exploits, abuses, harms, or threatens the physical or emotional integrity of a minor.
- Grooming: Any attempt to establish an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions with the objective of sexual abuse, exploitation, or soliciting explicit material.
- Sexual Extortion (Sextortion): Threatening to expose real, fabricated, or non-consensual images of a minor to coerce sexual acts, money, or additional media.
- Child Sex Trafficking: Promoting, advertising, recruiting, harboring, transporting, or soliciting any minor for commercial sex acts or exploitation.
- Solicitation & Inappropriate Contact: Asking a minor for sexual contact, sexualized conversation, explicit photographs, or physical meetings.
3. Policy and Action Against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is illegal and unequivocally prohibited across all areas of Kindled.
CSAM consists of any visual depiction—including photographs, videos, animations, digital illustrations, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery—involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, poses, or depictions of sexual abuse.
4. In-App User Reporting Mechanism & Direct Feedback
To empower our community and ensure immediate protective action, Kindled provides an accessible, direct in-app reporting mechanism available without leaving the application:
- Profile Reporting: Users can tap the Report button (flag icon) located on any user profile at any time to report suspected underage users, inappropriate photos, or predatory conduct.
- Chat & Conversation Reporting: Inside any conversation screen, users can tap the menu or report button to flag specific messages or offensive media.
- Instant Blocking: Reporting an account immediately severs communication, hides the profile from discovery, and forwards the conversation context directly to our safety moderation team for priority review.
- External Web Reporting: Anyone—whether a Kindled user or not—can submit a safety concern or child safety report 24/7 via email directly to hello@softeksols.com.
5. Proactive Moderation, Response & Immediate Removal
Softek Solutions Private Limited applies continuous vigilance to maintain a safe environment:
- Pre-Screening & Review: All profile photos and bio content are subject to automated filtering and human review to detect nudity, sexualized imagery, and indicators of underage individuals before or immediately upon publication.
- Priority Triage: Any report involving suspected child sexual abuse or underage activity is classified as maximum priority and triaged immediately by safety personnel.
- Immediate Removal: When we obtain actual knowledge or credible indication of CSAE or CSAM, the offending content is taken down immediately without warning.
- Permanent Bans: The responsible account is permanently terminated, and corresponding hardware tokens and authentication credentials are blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
6. Mandatory Reporting to NCMEC & Law Enforcement Cooperation
Softek Solutions Private Limited complies with all applicable child protection laws and international legal frameworks. We treat child exploitation as a criminal matter requiring proactive legal accountability:
- Reporting to NCMEC: When CSAM or child sexual exploitation is identified, we promptly submit an electronic report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as well as relevant national hotlines.
- Evidence Preservation: In accordance with statutory requirements and our data retention standards, we preserve necessary digital logs, timestamps, IP addresses, and account details specifically for transmission to authorized law enforcement agencies.
- Law Enforcement Assistance: We cooperate fully with legitimate subpoenas, warrants, and emergency disclosure requests from certified local, federal, and international law enforcement agencies investigating child safety offenses.
