By creating an account, accessing, or using Kindled, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Kindled. By using Kindled, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.
- You have never been convicted of a violent or sexual crime, or registered as a sex offender.
2. Your Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at hello@softeksols.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Kindled is dedicated to meaningful, respectful, and genuine sparks. You agree NOT to:
- Post any explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or violent content.
- Harass, intimidate, stalk, bully, defame, or threaten any other user.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or upload photos that are not your own.
- Use Kindled for commercial solicitation, advertising, fraud, or spam.
- Engage in any behavior that exploits or endangers minors (zero-tolerance policy under our Child Safety guidelines).
We reserve the right to investigate and terminate any account that violates these guidelines without refund.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Kindled offers optional premium subscription tiers (such as Kindled Plus).
- Billing: Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are managed via our in-app purchases integration (RevenueCat). Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings (Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions).
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content and photos you upload to Kindled. However, you grant Kindled a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, and distribute your profile content solely for the purpose of operating the dating service.
All Kindled logos, brand assets, graphics, designs, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Softek Solutions Private Limited.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
KINDLED IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SOFTEK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING MATCH RESULTS, COMPATIBILITY, OR CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Account Deletion & Termination
You may delete your account and all associated profile data at any time from the app Settings page or via our Delete Account page. Upon deletion, your profile will immediately be removed from matching feeds.
